Accordingly, customers are allowed to purchase goods, including motor vehicles and machinery, under MCB’s Hire Purchase system by paying an initial down payment of 60%, with the remaining balance payable in installments over six months.

- 4. Original Form-7 + Form-105 of Farmland (10 acres or 15 acres) must be provided.
Guarantor's Documents

- Buyer and Guarantor must be in the same household list.
- Must be between 18 and 60 years old. If the buyer is over 60, another family member is required (to open a joint bank account).
- MCB Bank will conduct a field inspection. As it may take about 15 days if documents are complete, we suggest applying in advance.
